I love Dr. Abraham and her assistant. Also the lady at the front desk. But the other doctor that fills in on Monday is a little bit rough. And seems impatient.
One dentist was very abrupt and claiming root canals or pulling the teeth is the only answer, very passionately when I simply suggested I might want to look into a different approach even telling me I could go to a mechanic for any thing different! It's not the best way to get customers with such biased force.
In short they have the people skills to get rid of Dentist anxiety/fear. Id like to specially call out the people i interacted. Dr Modjadidi Shy Cynthia I came in with a cracked wisdom tooth a partial molar and I needed them both extracted. I asked for an exam and they had me in the same day. Shy took my photos and made me feel very at ease. I have alot of bad dental history and I had a panic attack and Shy and the whole staff just talked to me like a human being and put me at ease throught the process. Even had me laughing. By the end of the exam we made a plan to get them extracted but unfortunately they didnt take my health insurance. I had to pay out of pocket. I am not made of money and they went above and beyond to help me find solutions giving me numbers and trying to find someone that would take it so I didnt have to pay out of pocket for the extractions. Well I left and made some of the calls myself and I got turned away and one did answer and did take my insurance. But that lady was so beyond rude. I had a gut feeling telling me to stay away. I got my extractions in less than a week and I dont even mind paying out of pocket because of how amazing they treated me. Getting the extraction was extremely quick and very rough I wasnt expecting so much twisting and lifting. It was terrifying but I didnt feel anything..
My son was in extreme pain and needed a broken tooth removed. Mercy dental provided him with quick compassionate care. The staff is wonderful 👍😊😊
Dr.Ruth and staff are awesome. I came to them needing nine fillings, three root canals, and a night guard. They helped me through it all. I still use them for check ups and cleanings. Dr. Ruth and staff are helpful and care about their patients. They provide great services. Their whitening is also wonderful. Check them out if you are in need of dental services.
I hate the dentist… BUTTTTT I love it here ! Everyone is so down to earth, warm , & welcoming. Let me say again I hate the dentist but here my anxiety was definitely eased . The assistant & Dr. Abraham went above & beyond to find the right plan for my dental needs . Will be definitely be going back 🤍 Sn: it’s really CLEAN & cozy
