Prestige Dentistry - Trinity

I don’t know what has happened at Prestige Dentistry, but it has certainly gone downhill. It has nothing to do with the staff, they are great, but the dentist has a lot to be desired. To keep patients waiting for over an hour is uncalled for. My time is as valuable as his. I’ve been a patient there for years. Currently looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Reddy and CJ are a big part of why I continue to trust Prestige Dentistry with my dental care. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail make every visit a positive experience. I have been a patient at both the Palm Harbor and Trinity locations and truly appreciate how accommodating the team is with my schedule. I’ve received restorative dental work, orthodontic treatment, and routine cleanings, and the quality of care has been consistently excellent. I've found that their technology and treatment options exceeded what I have experienced in other dental offices. Dr. Reddy always takes the time to explain treatments, answer questions, and ensure I feel comfortable and informed. CJ is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make appointments smooth and stress-free. The entire staff is welcoming, efficient, and genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend Prestige Dentistry to anyone looking for exceptional dental care and outstanding customer service.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with today’s visit. Although the cleaning was fine, I waited OVER an hour to be seen by a dentist (and being told several times he’d be in in just a moment). Never happened. What did happen was being told there would be a charge to make right a loose implant crown. Mind you, I even purchased an extended warranty for this implant! This is the second time it has gotten loose and it is only 2-1/2 years old. First time they did tighten it, but, ‘come on man’, something is obviously NOT right with this implant and it hasn’t been right. Hence it gets loose. Do the proper thing, Prestige. Fix the implant and fix it right.

Excellent all the way around! The most comprehensive dental exam I have ever had! Dr. Pielak and Beth were so good at explaining everything to me. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. I would highly recommend Prestige Dentistry!

Dr. Pielak is, without question, the best dentist I've ever had. From the moment you walk in, the warmth and professionalism are immediately apparent. He takes the time to genuinely explain everything, making sure you feel completely informed and at ease before any procedure begins. What sets Dr. Pielak apart is his exceptional kindness he truly cares about his patients, not just their teeth. I've never felt rushed or anxious in his chair. His technique is incredibly gentle, and the results are always flawless. My smile has never looked better.
