I am a new patient here at Spring View Dental Care. I was at my last dentist for 25 years but he retired. After researching I choice Spring View Dental Care. I just had my first appointment and it was a crown. They are very professional, thorough and very gentle. The doctor and hygienist both did a great job, making me feel comfortable and not hurting me.I’ve never felt more comfortable at a dentist office before they use great modern technology to make the experience that much better. I 100% recommend them.
They got me in early to address my TMJ . Dr. Ball was most helpful, personable and professional. She laid out a plan of care and consulted with me for all of it . She gave me hope that this darn TMJ problem will get better. Also, she is working on finding the reason for it not just giving me another mouthguard. Sherry , the dental asst/ hygienist who did all the Xrays and the scan of my mouth was great and very personable. She explained everything and involved me with viewing the scan and explaining what is going on. She worked very hard to make sure I was as comfortable during the process as possible . She gave me some ideas for helping the TMJ pain and the next step. I am quite glad I have found this practice .
The most caring staff in the Ozarks. Their attention to details, patient comfort, and long-term well-being are the best I’ve found in my 50+ years as a dental patient.
I would give this place zero stars if that were an option. I went in for one simple issue—just one tooth that had lost a filling. I was not trying to establish ongoing care. I made that clear from the beginning. I also clearly stated, multiple times, that I did not want anything done that my insurance would not cover without speaking to me first. I even explained that I could not afford unexpected costs. Despite that, I was repeatedly assured that everything being done was covered. Based on how confident they were, I believed they had verified this with my insurance provider. The visit itself was uncomfortable and discouraging. The hygienist spoke about me to the dentist in a condescending way right in front of me, and then both of them pressured me about my treatment choice. I simply wanted the tooth pulled if it could not be refilled—something within my financial limits. Instead, they pushed an expensive procedure I had already said I could not afford, even suggesting I open a CareCredit card, which was not realistic for me. The dentist repeatedly said she was unwilling to pull the tooth, dismissing my concerns and my situation. I left without getting the issue resolved and chose not to return. Their behavior reminded me exactly why I stopped going there years ago. Then two months later, I received a bill for an X-ray they had told me was covered. After calling my insurance, I learned they performed a full-mouth X-ray that is only covered once every five years. Mine had been done about 4.5 years ago, so it was not eligible—but a standard, less expensive X-ray would have been covered. They would have known the difference. I did not. Six months later, I saw a different dentist who fixed the problem without any unnecessary procedures and only took imaging of the affected area. This experience felt like they prioritized the most expensive route over patient care. They did more than necessary, refused to work within my financial limitations, did not resolve my issue, and then billed me for something I explicitly told them not to do without confirmation of coverage. I cannot recommend this office based on my experience.
I have been going to Spring View Dental for over a year. I was not the best at keeping up with my dental care and hate going to the Dentist. They have really taken care of me. The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful. I have only had to wait one time for my appt and was told why, and given the option to reschedule. Or, I was able to get in with another Dentist if mine was not available. Otherwise, I get in very quickly. All of the Dentists and oral hygienist are very friendly and make sure I'm taken care of. I would recommend Spring View.
Had a very good experience for my first ever visit. The hygienist was extremely thorough and did an amazing job. She was extremely kind and patient. I also got several scans done. Their technology is top notch. The dentist didn’t spend too much time with me but hopefully that’s a good sign. The front desk ladies weren’t overly welcoming but were fine. I would recommend this facility for teeth cleaning.
