Easy to make an appointment. Office appeared very clean and in order. Everyone was friendly and kind and showed concern for my comfort. Would highly recommend Dr. Downer and staff to anyone needing dental care.

I’ve always been afraid of the dentist but since becoming a patient here I’ve been less afraid of going to dental appointments. They have a welcoming and friendly environment. I feel that the staff here cares and they take the time to listen to your concerns, ensuring they answer all your questions. They always have the best music playing. Overall, I truly appreciate the quality service I receive at all my appointments. Thank you!!!

My mom recently got her top row of teeth extracted in Dec of 2025. After multiple consultations of sizing her dentures, she finally received them in May 2026. The dentures did not fit. The gums were entirely too long and there was a gap in between the denture and the roof of her mouth making it not only painful to eat but also uncomfortable. Still trying to remain positive, she wore them as much as she could for as long as she could but something still wasn’t right. She went back to Greg multiple times explaining the pain and how they weren’t fitting correctly. The last time she seen him (few weeks ago) he told her she’s just going to have to “find her happy place with them.” how when she is constantly telling you what’s wrong and what is causing her pain? Each appointment felt like an inconvenience (I attended a few appointments with her) and he was eager to get her out the door. It’s crazy how she spent a ton of money on the dentures, and they weren’t even willing to get down to the root cause of why they didn’t fit correctly. She has since then gone to a new dentist and they were extremely kind and helpful and now she is FINALLY able to wear them comfortably without crying. Today was her first time having a good meal in over 6 months. It could’ve been sooner had Greg actually taken time and been patient with her while she adjusts to this new life. But it appeared he only cared about the money and his image. My mom won’t be back! And I won’t be recommending them to any one I know either!

Dr. Downer is so wonderful. He is kind, patient, honest, and takes the time to talk through your options. At one point, I opted to go against his recommendation, and he was very supportive of my choice and gave me all the information I needed to be aware of the risks. He is very gentle handed, and eased my anxiety about procedures. The dental assistants and office staff are also wonderful! They are honest and thorough, and very attentive! I am glad to have found this office for my family and I!

I’ve been coming here for several years and always have a great experience. It’s a small, family-style practice and all of the staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Downer is very nice, takes his time, and explains things clearly. Shannon is always so kind and helpful. Appointments are prompt and the office is clean. Highly recommend!
