Ivy & Dr. Besaw were amazing. Both were very kind, friendly, & very thorough. And all the Front Desk crew were amazing as well. Thank you for being patient & kind. 😊
I need to have open-heart surgery and before I can do that, I have to be seen by a dentist I called Summit Dental at 2114 Pierce St. in Sioux City Iowa a month ago and said exactly what kind of insurance I have told them exactly what they needed to hear. I even gave them my heart surgeon’s fax number and telephone number I moved some things around to make the appointment work for my busy schedule and I simply just called to confirm the address because there’s a couple different clinics in town since I’ve never been there. I wanted to make sure the address was right when I called. They said that your appointment has been canceled. I said I just called to get the address. I’ve talked to the lady in the office a couple different times confirming the appointment within the last month. Everything was fine but when I called today just to get a confirmation on the address, the lady was rude to me and told me that was canceled we don’t take your insurance. I said I never got a call or a letter telling me the appointment has been canceled, which was only I guess two or three days ago. If you’re serious about making an appointment, don’t waste your time with Summit Dental. This just happened to me and I even called them a few times to make sure everything was good but the day of my appointment they said it was canceled on June 12 and I never received any kind of letter or phone call telling me this. Now I have to figure this out all over again.
I have nothing but good reviews. I am Blown away by how amazing and professional the staff is. I had Lexi as my nurse and she was the best I’ve ever had as well as Dr. Besew! I am happy with my smile again. I cannot recommend them enough, thank you very much Summit!!!
I have never had such a bad experience. We have always been treated great there until today. We got an older lady that had an attitude and was rude as hell from the begginning. My 6 year old needed pictures done of her teeth and I told her last time they had issues and could not get them and if she could numb her mouth alittle but because that is what they do for my mother. She absolutely refused. She was shoving it in my daughters mouth and kept yelling at her to keep her mouth shut. They got one side and my daughter looked at me and I said, "I know baby, just one more." The lady turned around and said shes doing fine. I said she gave me her look she is scared and hurt, I was reassuring her. She said you are telling her shes not going good. I said no you have no clue what my daughter and I have been through and if you have a problem with treatinf my little girl right, then I want someone else. She said no, and then this old dentist came in and kicked us out. I know we are on title19 because I am a single mom, but that is not a reason to treat us like that! Mind you, I was supposed to have an appointment after her which didn't happen. But you will NOT, I repeat will NOT treat my 6 year old daughter like that. You have no idea what she has been through. We will never ever go back! I recommend if you have little kids, do not take them here. This is actually not the first time I have had issues with this old dentist and hes not even the one we usually have but the first time I let it slide but this was too much and uncalled for!
I love coming there. Every one is so friendly and are very nice. It’s always nice and clean. I never have to wait very long. I have referred some clients to you cause I love it so much!🥰❤️🙏🏽
Dr. Zach and his hygienists ( also front staff ) are very professional.I feel like I really am heard. I feel totally at ease and that my comfort is their concern I am not a patient. I am Someone that they genuinely care for. I drive two hours just to see them when I could actually be in my hometown and see a different dentist. This is definitely worth the drive.. I couldn’t be more pleased five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
