I thought I only needed a root canal but it was worse than that. Dr. Joe explained my options clearly and allowed me the time to make the best decision for myself… his personal service is invaluable! He’s picked the right team as well, call today, ask for Cathy and tell them John from Sacramento sent you. That’s right I go all the way over there for my dentist! He’s the best to me!

My long-time hygienist finally retired. She was like an old friend and I was not looking forward to a new one. But my experience at Santa Cruz Dental assured me I was in good hands for the future. Cleaning went well, and I’m delighted to have a new hygienist who is equally lovely.Thank you Santa Cruz Dental. The whole office experience was welcoming.

I have been a patient here for years and have never experienced any kind of pain or discomfort. Everyone goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr Valle and his entire staff are courteous,punctual and professional. The hygienists are superb,friendly and efficient and personable.

Dr. Valle and his staff are always so nice and welcoming! The dentist has never been my favorite place….but this office has a small, relaxed family like vibe that makes you feel cared for, unlike other chaotic or corporate offices. I had to have a crown put on just before going on a trip and they stayed late to get me in before, which I really appreciated! It feels like Kathy has your back against insurance companies and Trisha and Janette are super kind and seem to genuinely love their jobs. So glad to have found them!

Great office! They really care. Dr.Valle will give it to you straight. No upsell garbage like some chain offices. Just a skilled owner operator and a fantastic knowledgeable and also skilled support staff. This is how health care is supposed to be… I have had the misfortune of many poor dental experiences and will never willingly leave this practice

Tom and I have been patients for 45 years. We have had every type of painless treatment: crowns, root canals, replacement of ancient metal fillings, InvisoLine, veneers, cleanings, x-rays and probably some things I have forgotten. Dr. Valle is a gifted dentist and he participates in workshops that keep his care current and cutting edge. The office also takes insurance. Check them out.

I really like Santa Cruz Dental Care. I've been going there for a few years now. Dr. Valle is very nice and personable. I like that he is conservative and doesn't twist your arm into getting unnecessary procedures. I love the hygienist and receptionist. They are all so warm and really seem to care as well as do a great job helping in every aspect. I've received fillings, cleanings, and an implant from them and I highly recommend this dentist.

I started feeling pain in a tooth on the weekend, I didn't have a dentist that I used that was in my dental insurance plan. I was advised by my insurance company to use a dentist that was in my plan. Insurance company would cover more of the cost. I called Dr Valles office, Kathy hooked me up with a visit in 1 day after initial contact. They are very nice/helpful and accommodating. This wasn't luck (I'm not a lucky man) they are that caring. I'm still not sorted out tooth wise yet but these people give a damn. I felt like they wanted to help me. I appreciate that a lot.
