Disappointing billing and communication breakdown after 10 years of great service We have been coming to this practice for 10 years and have always had a wonderful experience, but a recent front-desk and scheduling issue has left us incredibly frustrated. My son gets two regular dental cleanings covered by our insurance each year. This summer, he also got braces. After getting his braces, his teeth were aching badly, so I called the office. They were wonderful about accommodating us and brought him in early the next morning to check on his pain. No cleaning was done during this emergency visit—it was strictly to check his aching teeth. However, when my son went in for his actual, second routine cleaning today, we were blindsided with a $140 bill that we were forced to pay out-of-pocket on the spot. When I asked why, they explained that they had billed our July emergency pain-check as his "second annual cleaning" because of how they submitted it to insurance. Even worse, nobody proactively informed us of this billing change when we checked in today. We were only told after the service was already completed and they demanded the money. Other dental clinics proactively inform patients about unexpected costs before services are rendered so families can make informed financial decisions. Whether this was intentional or just a result of the staff being overloaded, it is completely unfair to pass the cost of a clinic coding mistake onto a loyal patient. We love the clinical care here, but the billing and front-desk communication need immediate improvement.

I brought my daughter in for her dental checkup, and it was such a great experience! The team made her feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Michelle and Dr. Nancy were so patient, kind, and friendly, taking the time to play with her and help her feel at ease throughout the appointment. As a dental assistant, it was really nice to see my own daughter receive the same level of care and compassion that every child deserves. The visit was gentle, stress-free, and actually enjoyable for her. I’m so grateful for the wonderful care she received and highly recommend this office to any parents looking for a team that’s amazing with kids!

Highly recommend this place! My 2 year old had her first dentist visit, and I was nervous about how she would do, but Angie and Dr. Adrienne were amazing. They were so kind, patient, and thorough when explaining everything about my daughter’s teeth. The office is spacious, welcoming, and very kid friendly. They even have a little play area outside. I’m coming from San Francisco, so it’s a bit of a drive, but the experience was worth it and I would gladly come back. I also loved the thoughtful touches for new patients. They welcome kids by putting their names on the window and provide fun goodies like a t shirt, photo magnet, and tokens for the toy machine. Such a great first dentist experience! ***For the parents out there wondering, they accept Delta Dental PPO because that’s the insurance we have***

My 7 year old daughter, Ariana, has been going to Silicon Valley Pediatric Dentistry for many years, and she absolutely loves it. The entire team is kind, patient, and truly knows how to make children feel comfortable and excited about going to the dentist. They do an excellent job and are incredibly kid friendly. We highly recommend them to any family looking for a wonderful pediatric dentist!

We have had a nice experience every time my kids go to the dentist here. We were there yday as my daughter had to get one of her tooth extracted. Dr. Angela was amazing and very patiently explained the process. It was done so quickly that my daughter didn’t even realise it was over. The staff are also very understanding and kind. The follow up call to check on her was the highlight! Highly recommend them!

I don't usually leave reviews but I was really impressed with the service provided for my daughter, Amora. The staff are very nice and I know my daughter felt comfortable because she didn't cry at all and she followed whatever the staff tell her. I also like that they offered reward for my daughter after being seen which she really liked. I also think that the play area helped her calm down and felt like it's a safe space. We will come back again!

Very cute wall decor for kiddos, play area outside, tvs on the ceiling in op rooms and lots of prizes! Dr Adrienne and Jenny were super sweet and made my 22 month old as comfy as possible!

My children have been patient’s seen in office since about 6 months old. They are now 4 and 5 1/2 years old. They are not afraid to be seen by the practitioner/dentist. The dentist are young and friendly to pediatric patients and staff. Appears to be a very positive working environment. The equipment is caterer/geared towards pediatric dentist patients, which is a fun concept that makes dental health fun and less intimidating. The facility is clean and full of activities for the peds patients to use while waiting to be seen. There are lots of patients and work stations. My children and I have always encountered an extremely nice professional dentist that understands the needs of the pediatric dentist patients of all ages. The children have the option of a movie while in the dentist chair and free play in the lobby or outside. Check-in is great, fast and I appreciate the acknowledgement of my family.. The only issue I have is the long wait times between dentists and patients. It seems as though the dentist is always behind seeing patients and it can become disruptive for the other young patients waiting. I completely understand, time gets away and everyone is extremely busy. But this has happened several times. Staff is great and professional and friendly.
