We started out at Dr Phillips when both kids were young before braces. Now my son has finished with his and my daughter started in January. We love all the staff and love seeing all the friendly faces.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for an orthodontist in the area. The office is immaculate and all of the staff I encountered were very friendly. Dr. Phillips even squeezed me in for an extra same day appointment at the end of my Invisalign treatment, which saved me multiple weeks of time! Very much appreciated. 10/10 would recommend.

The name on the email is my grandsons. My name is Theresa. I got my braces in my late 40s, years ago. Of course, so much more personal than. Recently my retainer broke. I went back. Not the same atmosphere. More about in and out. I waited four weeks for my retainer. My daughter passed away and I missed a half hour appointment. I have to wait another four weeks. Crazy! All that money I’ve spent and time to keep my teeth from moving. The young women who answered the phone barely acknowledged my grief. I’m 66. Give me a break! It’s not about the people anymore. Just the money. If you have that many patients than maybe you need to dial back for that personal touch like in the beginning. 😔. Just wanted to say that doctor Phillips reached out with sincere apologies. Thank you! Now that’s the office I have fond memories of!

My son was on vacation in Wilmington, North Carolina when he ran out of his orthodontic elastics. I reached out to Dr. Phillips’ office since it was the closest orthodontist in the area, hoping they might be able to help. Not only did they say yes—they didn’t charge us a thing—but they went above and beyond by calling my son’s home orthodontist to confirm the correct size and even placed the elastics in their outside mailbox so he could pick them up after hours. This kind of care and service is truly rare. We’re not even patients of this office, yet they treated us with such generosity and professionalism. Just absolutely five-star service all around. Thank you again to Dr. Phillips and your incredible team—you made our day!
