Richardson General and Cosmetic Dentistry

My experience at this office was extremely disappointing. I visited on Tuesday expecting a positive experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. During my appointment, Dr. Hong was discourteous and unprofessional in her interactions with both me and the staff. While I was asking the dental assistant a few simple questions, I observed Dr. Hong raise her voice at the staff members in a manner that I found inappropriate and disrespectful. Witnessing this behavior made the environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. I believe every patient and staff member deserves to be treated with respect. Professionalism and effective communication are essential in a healthcare setting, and my experience did not reflect those standards. On a positive note, the front desk staff were welcoming, kind, and very helpful throughout my visit. Their professionalism and friendly attitude were the only highlights of my experience, and I truly appreciate their excellent customer service.

I brought my mother in that was 94 years old and OMG! They are the best. Marcy help me with the finances plans and everything went so smoothly. Abigail was so professional and friendly. The doctor was very polite and explained everything. Great job.

Everyone here is so sweet and helpful. They have made my visits here so easy and efficient. Thank you to all of the ladies at the front desk and miss Alejandra for being so helpful always. My mother and I have had such a pleasant experience here from the start. The ladies at the front desk are always so sweet and helpful. Maria especially and Alejandra the insurance agent is always so helpful also. We love coming here and because of their help my mom can finally get her crown fixed! My experience was amazing. The front desk greets you by name. The admin staff super personable and knowledgeable. Ensuring to get you the most for budget, and providing you all of your options. The staff from the hygienist to the dental assistants were so kind and attentive. They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable as possible, lol, it was super cold in there but we were able to joke about it. The dentist, I can't remember her name, I'm going back to finish my procedure in 3 weeks, I'll come back and update my review with her name, but she was amazing. She was a kind honest and you could tell she cared, I think it was her patience with her patients. And she did an amazing job on my smile. I'm glad I made this choice to switch my dental care provider. I would recommend based off my experience. Thank you to the whole team

I've had a lot of dental work over the last 20-years with at least 12 different dentists throughout the North Texas area. Richardson General & Cosmetic Dentistry is by far the best dental place I've ever visited. I've had three separate procedures done there over the last four months. Great dentists (Dr. Anu is incredible) and the dental assistants and staff are the best you will ever find. I highly recommend them!
