Extremely disappointing experience with the front desk staff. I had to reschedule an appointment due to my responsibilities as a physician working on call at the hospital, where unexpected emergencies can arise. Rather than offering a reasonable alternative, I was informed that they would no longer schedule me for future appointments and that I would instead need to call daily to “check for availability” for that same day. What kind of dental practice has such an inflexible policy, particularly when patients may have legitimate, unavoidable circumstances requiring them to reschedule? I understand the importance of respecting appointment times, but I would expect a healthcare practice, of all places, to recognize that emergencies happen. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was extremely rude, condescending, and dismissive throughout the interaction. A little professionalism, courtesy, and understanding would have gone a long way. Very disappointing, especially coming from a healthcare practice where patient care and respect should be a priority. I’ve been going to this practice for TWO YEARS and referred multiple co workers. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this practice at all costs.

Having my two front teeth chip after a mishap with a cold, firm apple , I was eager to schedule the suggested repair with my new dental office. Little did I know it was a pre-orchestrated procedure, each specialist contributing to the restoration of my smile! Not even 20 minutes had transpired, and I was offered a mirror: a testament to a masterful blueprint of perfection! I applaud the staff’s expertise and am most grateful to have found the Paolucci Family Dentistry!

Absolutely fantastic experience at this dentist office. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. They had appointments available right away. There was no waiting months to get an appointment. They let you know right off the bat what your insurance covers. Just a great facility with a great group of people. Thank you for your service!

What a great experience my son and I had there was no waiting. They took us right away. Words can’t even begin to describe. What an awesome experience we both had today at the dentist. Thank you, Doc and everybody that works for you is fabulous as well 🦷 💪♥️

1st time here and I have to say I am very very pleased with the service! There was an issue with the confirmation information prior to the appointment but they still took the time To see me assess me and while working to get my insurance and all taken care of! Highly recommended!

I had a great experience getting my dental implant placed. The entire team was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The procedure was smooth, and everything was explained clearly beforehand, which really helped ease my nerves. I’m so happy with the results and would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing dental work!
