It’s my pleasure to leave this review for Dr. Kaplan and the staff at Comfort Dental. I was able to schedule an appointment within just a couple of days for my son, who needed a root canal consultation. I arrived extremely worried, but from the moment we walked in, the office felt welcoming. The waiting area smelled lovely and was clean and cozy. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. We were called in shortly after arriving, and both dental assistants who helped my son were respectful, personable, and very informative. Thankfully, my son was able to get his root canal that same day, and the procedure took less than an hour. Dr. Kaplan was kind, understanding, and supportive. He made my son feel very comfortable and even made me laugh a few times, which helped ease my worry. We definitely need more dentists like him! Although I hope we won’t need another root canal, I’m relieved to know where to turn if we do. If you’re reading this review and considering this office, I highly recommend giving Dr. Kaplan and the Comfort Dental team a chance. Thank you for taking such good care of my son!

I love this place staff is on point and they are super clean BUT and a big but it seems like they can’t fix the issue of always been late I’m consider my self a very lenient person but truth is every time we have an appointment with them I have to make my self available from work nor my son from school. Been coming to this dentist for maybe 2 years and had 6 to 8 visits and maybe 1 time they were on time it sucks because I also work with customers I had to learn quick to schedule my customers 2 hours later from de dentist appointment just so I don’t be late with my customers. Like I said love this place just wish they can plan ahead of time so others don’t mess their day up.

Very deceptive billing practices. Called the insurance company for a root canal, and this place was recommended. Made the appointment for a consult. Within 6 days, they suddenly no longer take the insurance plan, as well as the fact that nowhere is it mentioned that the specialist for said root canal DOES NOT TAKE INSURANCE. The front desk tried to have the consult move forward regardless and we walked out. Would not recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Comfort Dental Providence! The office is always very clean, organized, and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease. The staff truly go above and beyond for their patients they are friendly, attentive, and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Sanchez is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their dental health. Deandre was also outstanding—very professional, kind, and made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Overall, the level of care and customer service here is top-tier. I highly recommend Comfort Dental Providence to anyone looking for a dental office that truly values their patients!

The staff is very kind and welcoming, however, I had concerns regarding my experience with the Dr. Sanchez during my appointment today. The appointment was in regard to my cavities being treated and during my appointment I asked a question about one of my teeth because I was concerned about an area where a cavity had been identified. My concern was dismissed, and I was told that “that’s the anatomy of your tooth,” despite there being a visible crack on the side of the tooth. Dr. Sanchez expressed not needing to insert anesthesia because I was told the cavities were small. However, as the procedure continued and more drilling was performed, I experienced discomfort. When I flinched due to the sensation on the second time, I felt that my reaction caused annoyance to Dr. Sanchez rather than concern or an effort to determine whether I was experiencing pain. During the three visits to this office I was not provided with a clear explanation of how many cavities were being treated or which specific teeth were being worked on in each appointment. This left me feeling confused about my treatment plan and the condition of my teeth, I was not left reassured that all my cavities were properly diagnosed. After the procedure, the filling appeared to be uneven and left me concerns about the quality of the work. While I extremely I appreciate the kindness of the office staff and their awesome customer service. I personally believe Dr. Sanchez could improve on patient education, communication and her overall approach when it comes to patient care. Patients should be able to feel comfortable asking questions, understand the treatment that’s being performed, and have their concerns addressed respectfully throughout the procedure, not be dismissed. Lastly I would like to add that I understand insurance plans can vary, but I believe everyone should receive the same level of care, respect and communication.

The entire staff at comfort dental were amazing! They got my son an appt within a few days of calling bc of the type of procedure he needed done and did all the work right while we were there. Dr Kaplan was very nice and reassuring my son not to be nervous, he was going to be well taken cate of. "Well taken care of" is an understatement. He jokes around to lighten the atmosphere so you feel very comfortable with him He asks multiple times if my son was doing OK and complimented how great my son was doing. Very easy to make follow up appts. A few hrs after the appt Dr Kaplan himself called to ask how my son was doing, very personable gentleman. I would recommend this business to anyone.

This was the best , most comfortable dentist i have ever taken my children to. 10/10 in all areas. from the front desk to the assistants to the dentist himself - they were all so sweet and nice. we even got a phone call afterwards to check on how my son was doing after the root canal. Thank you to the staff for a great experience.

I had a really good experience at Comfort Dental. The dentist and the assistant were both super nice and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I honestly didn’t feel any pain, and they kept checking in to make sure I was okay. They told me to let them know right away if I felt anything, which I really appreciated. Definitely a place I’d recommend!
