Dr. Vafi is friendly, gentle and honest! We had a terrible experience at a previous pediatric dentist who’d recommended some insane work on my then 3 yr old’s teeth, and came to Dr. Vafi for a second opinion. She took her time, was thorough and gave honest recommendations. I moved all 3 of my boys over and am never looking back.

We love it here! They are always so kind, patient, and fun with our children. Really appreciate their service and kindness.

These guys are the best ever! I am out here for work and had bad tooth pain. I called them when they opened and they had me in within hours. I needed a root canal. They set that up for me too. I got in for that within an hour! Thankyou Shoreview!

All it took was a simple phone call. 2) Consultation: Dr. Sepi and her staff were very kind, professional, and informative. Dr. Sepi went over the issue that I had and provided me with options for treatment. 3) Treatment: Dr. Sepi and her staff treated my son promptly and with care. They got the job done safely.

Best dentist in Pacifica! My son loves going to see Dr. Vafi and we couldn't be happier with the care we receive at Shoreview! The entire staff is lovely and they go above and beyond for their patients. We are so happy we picked this office for my son and will be patients for life!

My 3 year old son saw Dr. Sepi for the first time and it was a great experience. She is great with kids. The only trouble is they usually are scheduled out a few months so getting a first appointment was tricky. They put us on a waitlist, and they took our availability and called or text when they have a cancellation. On the bright side, the waitlist went fast and they only called with the availability I gave them. Now that we are patients scheduling is easy since it’s every 6 months. Looking forward to bringing my other kids.

They are nice in the beginning, but once you become a patient, they overcharge you. They have a bad attitude and are very rude. I would think that if you are a patient, they would be nice to maintain their patients, but all they care about is money. They clearly have their preferences. I went because a coworker recommended them, and I felt like they were trustworthy. They ended up losing four patients due to their rudeness and overcharging. When my child went in for a toothache they did something else instead and then tried to charge for both exams. We complained and they said it was their mistake. If we hadn’t complained, they would have charged for both procedures. But when you owe even one dollar they go crazy over it. They yell at you and are very rude. I immediately said we are not going there anymore, canceled everything and will never go back. I would not recommend them. They are only nice to certain people.
