Bliss Dental & Orthodontics - Odessa

I am still in the room waiting to have a simple cleaning. I arrived at 8:20 for an 8:30am appointment. It is now 9:45am and still waiting. Why have appointment if it takes over an hour after the appointment to be seen by a dentist. If the location does not have enough dentists then don’t make so many appointments! Also if you don’t want bad reviews like this on, don’t put the “write us a review” QR code I. The room where I am just getting more upset as my day melts away!

I will not go back to Bliss Dental. They have no respect for their patient's time. My first visit was over six hours long. The first two hours of that I spent in a chair without being seen by the dentist. The next four hours he spent working on my teeth was constantly interrupted by his leaving and working on other patients. My last visit was 4 hours and 15 minutes in the chair. They sat me down at 1pm. I didn't see anyone for the next four hours! Finally someone came in the room briefly at 5pm, and I complained about how long I had been waiting. The dentist came in shortly thereafter and completed a procedure that literally took 15 minutes. This office is poorly run, and these wait times are inexcusable.

Dr. Emmanuel and his staff are amazing. I was treated courteously and professionally. The prices are consistent with every other dental office I’ve been to in several places in the Midland/Odessa area and across Texas. The best, however, is that they have compassion, and Dr. Emmanuel explains every step of what he is going to do before he does it, and he has a very soft touch. I had 3 procedures done this afternoon, all on teeth that have been worked on by other dentists in the past. I’ve always walked away with extreme bruising inside my mouth and cuts in my lips before, but not today. Not one bruise and virtually no discomfort. And he didn’t numb up my entire face to do the work, like so many dentists do. His work was precise. I did have to wait, but it was worth it.

I am in the process of relocating from Houston TX to Odessa TX . I had an amazing experience at this dental office. The entire staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly before starting. The extraction procedure was completely painless, and I felt comfortable the entire time. The office is modern and very clean. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for professional and caring service.”

Great staff and dentist. I was terrified and he was so accommodating and reassuring. He waited when I needed a second to recoup. Definitely recommend! Prices can be expensive with and without insurance, just depending on the insurance you have.
