Dr. Edwards and all the staff at Big Smiles are fantastic. My son wouldn't even let MD4K LOOK in his mouth, but at Big Smiles Ranch he has let them do X Rays and treatment with zero fuss at all. I genuinely could not recommend another pediatric dentist higher. The staff is amazing and have gotten us in quickly, even double checking appointment confirmations for cancellation's to get us in earlier. Absolutely the best in the area ❤️

This place was absolutely amazing with my daughter, The staff are all sooo sweet & Dr Edwards was so kind & explained everything which made me feel alot more comfortable about my 3 year olds tooth extraction. The anesthesiologist was amazing too. Overall the best pediatric dentistry in the permian basin.
