DO NOT GO HERE!! DO NOT GO HERE!! After moving, my daughter & I went here for one of our yearly cleanings. The moment we walked in the door they were demanding money. They charged me $100+ saying that I needed to meet a deductible. When I asked for more reason because of it just being a cleaning the girl at the counter cut me off immediately saying it was the deductible. They got me in the chair for my cleaning & then had another lady come in & tell me that I had a gun disease & they wouldn’t touch my mouth unless I paid $4,000 for a cleaning. I was in tears because how!? I got another opinion at a family owned dentist & was told the opposite. I didn’t have to pay nothing towards a deductible because it was a cleaning!!!!!!! & that I needed no such treatment like Modern had stated. Do not go here. Do not go here. They are a scam & will take your money for no reason. If you trust this office you’re either naive or too rich to care.

I think this is a good place but I specifically made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned today and it was canceled without me knowing since I had a yearly appt in June. I get my teeth cleaned every 3-4 months with braces on so I don’t get cavities and I have to make an appt to get my wire out and back on around this appt. I’m assuming they canceled it because I have a regular appt in June. It is frustrating because I took a day off work t do this and my company does not give much PTO. The scheduling here is not good and it just sucks to lose vacation time for no reason

I’ve been going to this dentist for a while now, and honestly, my teeth have never been in better shape. Every visit is super smooth, everyone’s friendly, and they actually take the time to explain what’s going on without making it feel complicated. It’s the first time I’ve felt like my long‑term dental health is really being looked after, not just whatever’s happening that day. If you’re looking for a place that’s consistent, easy to work with, and actually cares, this is the one.

Went for my first visit to this office. Told them i needed a simple cleaning and general check-up for an up coming surgery. They ended up telling me I would not be cleared for surgery because I had multiple tooth infections that required root canals, extractions, and substantial gingivitis. They come back with an estimate of over $7000 dollars out of pocket, after my Anthem insurance coverage. Mean while I had zero tooth pain or issues before this visit, I only went to be certain I would be ok for surgery. Declined all their recommend work at the time, and they didnt even do a general cleaning. All the work they did was test my saliva and measure my gums. Come time for the hospital to do all there final checks they did all the xrays and such...Humm fully cleared with no issues found. And now im getting a bill from this office for 2 separate "new patient visits" 1. Fully covered by insurance for $324. And 2. Part coverage of $94.60, and I owe $50.40.... I will never be back.

Everyone here is friendly and professional! I accidentally showed up 30 minutes before my appointment time and I was seen right away!! I had my first fillings done here and the doctor and staff made me feel SO comfortable. Very clean and great atmosphere. My husband and I love this office and recommend to anyone needing a new dentist!

My family has been coming here for years! We all love Dr Gulley! The staff is so welcoming and their enthusiasm for their jobs shows how much they care. Kristin is so friendly and attentive. She makes my daughter feel comfortable at every appointment!

Dr Conover is the BEST! And not just her but the whole team from the front desk, to the dental hygienist, and even the oral surgeon they brought in when I needed my tooth removed! All of the team gave A+ service! Would recommend no matter what you need and they definitely work with you whether you have no, cruddy, or the best insurance! I never feel pressured to do anything I don’t want to do. Even the office staff who work with the insurance and finance companies bent over backwards to help me see how low I can get my cost and how I can best split up things so I can pay over time and not just go without because my issuance didn’t cover something I needed! They are patient, kind, and make sure you feel your best! I switch myself and my two kids over to be seen here. If you need a dentist or are looking to switch Ofallon Modern Dentistry with Dr Conover is the place to check out! They accept great insurance and even savings plans most offices didn’t take! So happy I found them! Thank you for being an incredible team that makes patients feel not just seen but also heard!

Allison & Dr. Conover were amazing! The environment & atmosphere was very clean and welcoming. Both ladies were very professional and informative. Dr. Conover listened, explained and was so friendly.
