They were all amazing from the front desk staff to the hygienist that took us back to the doctor. They explained everything and made sure to take care of us the whole way. I've always had good and positive experiences with my cleanings and any other work needing to be done. I love my hygienist, Melissa. I love Dr. Freisen...he always is polite and tells me what needs to be done with my teeth, and explains any procedure.
I'm almost 40 and I still don't like the dentist... After my childhood dentist retired, and I needed a new place to take my daughter, I was very nervous about finding a new dentist as previous tries elsewhere did not go great... But with every visit, even for my 5yo, they make us feel comfortable and calm. I am very pleased with the decision to switch to Tippin.

I appreciate everybody working together to get my children cared for but help me out with the issues I had at work with being able to leave today to get the kids there. It’s always such a chore and you people are always so gracious to help me work that out and kind to me. I appreciate that
I cannot give a positive review my teeth don’t fit right they have been grounded down before they were given to me. They’re just not right. I’m trying them for the week. I’ve already got three raw spots places. I keep biting myself with them not happy at all we’ve sent them back three times.
