Been coming here for a couple years and I always have great service! Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they care about what they do.
This is THE place for anxiety free dentistry. Every hygienist and Dr. Wells himself are all so great. They take everything slow and at your pace, constantly reassure you and check in if you need breaks, explain everything they're doing and do it without pain !!! They've never made me feel difficult or weird for having a hard time and needing special accommodations or fidgets.
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I’ve been coming here for about a year, mainly for cleanings, which have been fine. I had an upcoming appointment scheduled for a crown based on the doctor’s recommendation for a chipped tooth, but needed to reschedule. When I reached out, I received a response from Angela, the office manager, that felt more intense than expected. There was a strong emphasis on how my rescheduling affected a large portion of the doctor’s already limited schedule, which came across as uncomfortable and unnecessary, as rescheduling can happen. I also shared that I would have understood the outcome without the tone of the message, but my feedback didn’t seem to be acknowledged. Because of this interaction, I’ve decided to take my care elsewhere.
Thank you so much ! I had trouble finding a great location for me and my family but I am completely satisfied with this team! First impressions are everything to me and I felt completely welcome when entering. Marianna made us feel welcome and greatly taken care of. Professional and clean.
I visited living well dental group for the first time and the service was exceptional! I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family!
As I write this review I'm compelled to say that I do not leave reviews often unless my experience was extremely positive or extremely negative. I chose this dentist after moving to the suburbs based on proximity and strong reviews. I literally live 2 minutes away from this office and was hopeful that it would work out because of how convenient it was. After a routine cleaning and exam, I was told I needed a filling. The filling was a rough experience. It required three rounds of numbing injections before the dentist could proceed with the filling. With half of my face numb at that point they proceeded with the filling and all seemed ok when I left. When the numbness wore down that night I felt sharp points on my teeth from the cement compound, and had terrible pain, discomfort and sensitivity. (This continued until I ultimately had to have to filing redone by another dentist.) I've had plenty of filings throughout my life... probably 10-15 with the most recent one being roughly 5 years ago. While I don't like having them of course, I've never had issues with fillings in the past. Never had tooth pain or sensitivity in the days following a filling. After getting the filling done here I can say with all of my heart that I've never felt that type of tooth pain and sensitivity discomfort. I literally couldn't sleep at night because of it. The only time I felt ok was after taking 600mg of ibuprofen and not eating or drinking anything for a few hours. After 10 or so days of this pain, sensitivity, and not being able to eat on that side of my mouth I called the dentist to have it checked out again. He checked the bite and said everything looked fine and advised me to continue dosing 600mg of ibuprofen every 4-6 hours until the pain eventually stopped. Until I could be seen by another dentist 4 weeks later the pain and discomfort did not stop. He told me that the pain might last a month and discomfort may last up to six months. This did not sit right with me. I literally couldn't drink or eat anything on that side of my mouth. Suggesting to just wait a month and take more ibuprofen was not the type of resolution I was looking for. I sought second opinions, including another dentist and an endodontist, and both said the filling looked bad and recommended it be redone before it caused a bigger issue. Ultimately I had to filling redone at Seven Bridges Dental Studio about 15 minutes away and haven't had a problem since then. Funny enough it only took one numbing shot to get me numb. I have been so happy since getting this filling redone at the other dentist. Pain/discomfort/sensitivity gone literally overnight. I cannot express how relieved I am that this other dentist was able to save my tooth and make the issues I was having go away. Last point... my wife also came here and the dentist recommended that she have all 3 of her crowns redone and that she also needed 4 new fillings done. I suppose that could be possible but we keep up with our dental visits, floss/brush multiple times a day, just doesn't seem likely. I guess he could be right but we will consider a second opinion here. I get it, people are different and they react differently to things sometimes. But I've literally never had tooth pain like that in my life. What was supposed to be a routine filling turned out to be a few weeks of torture. The worst part of this all is after voicing concerns of pain and discomfort, to be told that pain and discomfort weeks after a filling is normal and to just take more ibuprofen as a remedy just seemed ridiculous. I wish it would have worked out since this place is so close to where I live but I just cant recommend this place after everything I had to go through.
