I never thought I’d look forward to going to the dentist, but the team at Dentists of Metairie has made that possible! Everyone I’ve met has been kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Dr. Briendell has made me feel so supported and comfortable. She takes time to explain things without judgment and welcomes accommodations as a normal part of my care. I’ve felt at ease throughout my treatment. What also stands out is how the whole team connects dental care to overall health, including the heart, brain, and other body systems. Their oral health testing and clear explanations help me understand my care. Smile Generation MyChart makes paperwork and accessing records easy, too. Tee deserves a special thank-you for helping coordinate my treatment plan and working with me on costs. Having my concerns met with understanding means a lot. The electric toothbrush offered to new patients is a thoughtful bonus! I’m so grateful to have found my dental home!

Very nice everyone is very attentive professional. The attention to detail was spot on. I walked in they took care of me. Im on a plan now thats amazing. I definitely recommend this dentist plus they have alot all over the country so im happy. Plus they give goodies.

Amazing Quality and Beautiful Work. Dr. Haidar did an amazing job on my teeth cleaning and two beautiful new crowns 🦷🤍. She is the only dentist I want to deal with. Dr. Haidar was so gentle and kind. You really can’t ask for better staff. They are pleasant from the time you walk in the door until you leave. Shirley aka Big Shirl is amazing. She was great with assisting with payment plans to get you treated same day. Dr. Hebert is truly God sent. She coaches you while you’re getting your work done. You know what she is doing and she makes it pain free. I love how the staff work together and to top it off, the music playlist is AMAZING!!

Walking into the office, I was extremely nervous and filled with anxiety. From the moment I arrived, Ms. Shirley greeted me with such a warm smile that it immediately made me feel a little more at ease, despite my hesitation. One of the dental techs took my X-rays, and I was still anxious because I knew it had been a very long time since my last cleaning. As my appointment continued, Ms. Karen completed my exam and found several concerns, which made me even more nervous. Mr. Dillion then came in to thoroughly explain his findings, answer my questions, and discuss treatment recommendations in a way that was clear and compassionate. After hearing everything, I completely broke down. In that moment, Ms. Tonya, Ms. Karen, and Mr. Dillion surrounded me with so much kindness, patience, and support. They didn’t just treat my teeth they cared for me as a person. The rest of the office staff was just as attentive, compassionate, and encouraging throughout my visit. Thank you all for making what I thought would be one of my worst experiences at the dentist into one where I felt seen, supported, and cared for. I truly appreciate the professionalism, empathy, and exceptional care your entire team provided. I highly recommend this office to anyone, especially if dental anxiety has kept you from getting the care you need.

What a first impression! I was greeted with smiles by Tonya & Shirley (no pun intended)! Nyla did my x-rays and made sure the doctors and hygienist had what they needed to give me the best care. I love all the tests they took! Made me feel that I was going to get the best treatment plan. I was applauded for the health of my teeth. And how often do you get the opportunity to have your teeth cleaned by the dentist?! Dr. Theriot had no problem with jumping in and helping his staff during their busy hours! I loved my experience and I can’t wait to be a life long patient.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dentists of Metairie. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, professional, and truly makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I have personally known Dr. Theriot since he was a student, and even back then his classmates spoke incredibly highly of him and considered him one of the best in their class. Watching his growth and dedication to continuing to learn and improve has been amazing. He genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. Finding a dentist you fully trust is rare, and I can honestly say I never want a different dentist. Dr. Theriot and his team are exceptional.

I had a very pleasant experience here. It was my first time having a procedure done outside of my regular dentist’s office, and I was a bit nervous since I was referred for a root canal retreat. However, from the moment I walked in, the service was top tier. I was warmly greeted and taken care of by Tee. Tonya was incredibly helpful with my financial planning and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Theriot and Caleb were both very professional and patient, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Herbert made me feel completely at ease with her soothing voice, and I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure. To top it all off, I even received a cookie at the end of my visit since I was there for a while! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. Amazing experience from start to finish! I felt comfortable, cared for, and confident in the dental work I received.
