I have a long-standing fear of the dentist, like many folks. Everyone here clearly works to help make patients comfortable and make certain billing is transparent. They have a program that includes routine care, and also provides meaningful discounts on more complicated procedures, which is extremely helpful to patients with no dental insurance. I highly recommend Lenexa Family Dental.
Finding a new place of care when moving can be overwhelming! After being recommended to this place we received excellent care plus a follow up phone call the evening after a filling was needed. Very thankful finding a new dentist was such a smooth process!
My family recently switched to this office after some insurance changes and I am so glad we did! Everytime I come in I feel well taken care of. Not just with dental work, but relationally. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. The staff that has taken care of me has taken the time to explain processes in detail, and been thorough in their examination. I appreciate their attention to detail and the staff environment!
Dr. Charity and his staff are wonderful! I have a long history of terrible dental experiences, and the whole staff was kind, thoroughly explained everything, and worked with me around my dental anxiety and anesthesia problems. Special shout out to Candace for going through my insurance with me a few times so I could understand my benefits and the payment plans they offer as well. I will definitely be back! Their kindness was unmatched.
I have been very impressed with everyone I have encountered at Lenexa Family Dental. I have not been to a dentist in 10 years. I had a bad experience with a dentist previously and had a hard time getting myself to choose a new dentist. Dr. Charity, the hygienist and dental assistant have all been great. Very professional, knowledgeable, gentle and thorough. I feel like I am finally in good hands.
