It was my first time here and holey moley!!! I’ve never felt so pampered, I avoid coming to the dentist because it can get overwhelming for me! But needed a same day visit and from the moment I stepped in Kenia and Ivy made my experience 5 ⭐️!!

From the doctors to the staff and the customer service team at the reception, everyone is incredible. I have personally visited several dental clinics, to be exact, 5 offices, and none helped me like Smile Avenue. They listen and offer you various options. Please, just take a look at this dental clinic, they are the best, the team that helps me—WOW, it's incredible. From the doctor to their staff; Mareida is very caring with the whole process and explained everything they were going to do, frequently asking if I was okay. Thank you, doctor, you are incredible. Emmanuel is very kind and understanding, he explained everything very well and not only that, but Emmanuel explained everything with such understanding and care. Thank you, you are the best. Violeta and Kenia are the best assistants in this beautiful place.

From start to finish, everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Ivy greeted me at the door with a warm smile and made sure my check-in and waiting room experience was comfortable, even offering refreshments. My dental assistant, Kenia, was personable and thoughtful, providing a neck pillow and massage chair to help ease any anxiety I had about being at the dentist. Dr. Maredia was informative, attentive, and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. She offered thoughtful recommendations while also respecting my individual needs and preferences. Finally, Emmanuel made the checkout process quick and seamless. I left feeling genuinely satisfied, my teeth is squeaky clean, a nice goody bag in hand, and I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that combines professionalism with exceptional patient care!

Everyone was friendly and courteous. I received a warm welcome from Ivy. Violetta was friendly and very gentle while flossing my teeth. Dr. Sarah was very gentle while cleaning my teeth and guided me through the cleaning process. Dr. Sarah was very informative and knowledgeable. My overall experience was great!

My baby was nervous at first, but the staff at Smile Avenue Family Dentistry - Katy were so friendly and made me feel right at home. Ivy and Anna were the very kind and sweet they talked to my baby and helped him calm . Emmanuel was my case manager he was very responsive he walked through the whole procedure, made sure we understood how it works for my baby sealants. The dentist was gentle, the office looks clean and modern, and my baby loved how the pediatric dentist treated him. I left feeling comfortable and actually looking forward to my next visit.
