Bad experience- If you want to get off work early on Friday, then just don’t schedule patients for late time. I was scheduled for regular cleaning at 3:30pm Friday on July 24. I arrived at 3:45pm (exact time), I was told by front desk that I had to reschedule as I hit the 15 minutes grace time. I was fine and left friendly. Rescheduled to August 14 3:30pm Friday. I arrived at 3:40pm (exact time). And this time they told me the grace period is 5 minutes so have to reschedule. And they said the person who should do my cleaning already left. I didn’t see any people left since I was there at 3:40pm, that was very suspicious to me so I asked could Swati left even before my time? The frontdesk told me there was another door where the person left after 3:40pm and she would wait to 3:40pm to leave. I do need a firm answer for this - Why grace time can change from 15 minutes to 5 minutes in just two weeks. Did the person doing cleaning leave even before 3:30pm on Aug 14? Does the office (5th floor in a building) really have a second door to go outside? I hate the front desk attitude of lying and taunting. I asked a leave from work to do the cleaning. I feel very frustrated if they keep pushing me back to get off work early on Friday.

I have been going to this office for many years now. I have never been disappointed. They are friendly, clean, informative. They have an amazing staff and have excellent customer service. I highly recommend them. You will also see why I chose to continue to return every year. Thank you for making me feel calm when i go to do something nobody likes to do. Great job!

I’m a very anxious person, especially with doctors. I had a filling come loose that needed attention & Dr. Neke explained everything thoroughly, gave me my options, and reassured me throughout my visit. The hygienist/assistant was amazing (I’m kicking myself for not getting her name)! Knowing how anxious I was, she did everything to keep me calm & comfortable. The front desk staff has the patience of a saint, after dealing with all my questions (again extremely anxious), but they didn’t make me feel like I was a burden like other offices. They still made me feel like a human & not just an appointment on the calendar.

my left lower wisdom tooth started give me pain yesterday, and became totally unbearable this morning. Booked an appointment at 10:50 for 11am. the best dental experience I have ever had. from front desk to nurse, and Dr Kim were supper friendly and helpful. Hugely appreciated for Dr Kim's treatment. I had such a wonderful experience at this office. The hygienist was very thorough and gentle. Dr. B answered all of my questions and made me feel really comfortable. I’m a person that hates the dentist but I really enjoyed going to this office.

Dr. Yeh was amazing. My filling on a major molar partially cracked off. He showed me the gap and refilled it. He didn't even have to drill. Honest, kind, and explained everything. He's the most trustworthy dentist i've ever crossed paths with

I had been delighted seeing the prior providers who practiced in this same space for several years. MDG, not so much. One business day before a scheduled cleaning I received a call to say that my copay was over $100. That seemed odd to me, and I investigated. My dental insurance was intact and would have covered the cleaning; however, my provider since before COVID is no longer with the practice. I was not told this. Further, I suspect that the practice wanted to be rid of a patient with a complex medical history and found a means!

I recently moved to this area and looked for a new dental provider. Today was my first visit. I saw the hygienist at my scheduled time and no extra wait time. they handled my annual cleaning very well. DR. KAI YEH is very patient and figured out the treatment plan. They also explained the insurance plan very well. I appreciate their expertise. I def come back.
