I am so thankful for Dr. Snipes and the entire team at Capstone Dental. For years I had put off getting my teeth fixed because I was…well scared and anxious. I had a lot of problems (broken tooth, wisdom teeth, old fillings, alignment issues) that had just been building up…so I finally decided to go in and see if they could help me. I’m so glad I did!! They patiently listened to my past dental experiences, concerns, and goals. Gave me a tour of the office, comprehensive exam, and really got to know me. Each step felt sincere, which I appreciated immensely. And finally, the day came for my first real dental work (other than 1 cleaning) in over 30 years!! I came in admittedly nervous of course, but everyone made me feel comfortable and confident I was is good hands. I truly never imagined going to the dentist could be such a good experience. I’m several visits in now and getting closer towards the goal with my teeth. It might sound strange, but now I look forward to going!! I want to once again thank the entire team at Capatone Dental. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

Excellent experience as a new patient. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable right away. The office uses up-to-date technology, and the entire visit felt efficient and professional while still maintaining a personal touch. Highly recommend!

I’ve had lots of dentists over my life and Dr. Snipes is by far one of the best (and his team are some of the best too!). He makes you feel heard and valued (not just a way to make money). I cannot recommend this practice enough.

Very friendly, willing to take time to see where you are at and where you want to go. I didn’t have any questions they could not answer Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because they do not have gas and I had to be sent somewhere else toget the root canal through a crown done. I like to have it all in one place. I would recommend for sure!

Dr. Matt Snipes and his staff are great to work with. Their equipment is amazing in the imagery it produces, too. They care about their patients’ comfort.

I had such a wonderful experience at Capstone Dental in Hilliard. Ashleigh was my tour guide and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. Autumn gave me the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had, and Dr. Snipes was very personable and kind when I met him at the end of my visit. I’ve always been afraid of the dentist, but a friend encouraged me to come here, and I’m so glad I did. I was not disappointed at all — I even scheduled my next appointment before leaving. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable services and care for their patients! My wife and I have been patients of theirs for several years now! I just don't see us going anywhere else, Dr Snipes and his team are the best at what they do!
