The best family Dentist in the Greeley area if not all of Northern Colorado. These folks are not part of those large chains that just want to do only periodontal and charge sky high treatment plans. Try them out, you will be pleasantly surprised.
Norco Family Dental has always done a great job. They were recommended to me by a co-worker and I have been a happy patient for over 6 years. Dr. Stewart and Dr. Buffington are both awesome.
Dr. Buffington was wonderful! I was extremely anxious walking in, but he sat down, got to know me a little bit, and then helped me figure out next steps for fixing my teeth. Office staff was also very kind and I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a dental provider who cares ❤️
Welcomed back with grace after not going for 3 years and immediately was taken care of. I trust the Dentist and they will work with you when the insurance doesn’t hold up.
Amazing Doctors, amazing staff! I’ve never been one that’s enjoyed going to the dentist, but since going to Norco over the past years has made me want to smile more!
My mom had a very upsetting experience at Norco Family Dental. From the moment she walked in, the staff were rude and ignored her. Assistants in the back were gossiping loudly about other people while patients were waiting, which made the office feel very uncomfortable and unprofessional. An assistant with Blonde hair I think her name was bree, she was rude to my mom. Another thing that made the visit very difficult was the lack of effort to communicate. my mom felt embarrassed and uncomfortable because the doctor did not speak Spanish and did not try to communicate or find a way to help her understand what was happening. It made her feel ignored and honestly a bit dumb during the appointment, which no patient should ever feel in a medical setting. Overall, the environment felt disrespectful and poorly managed. Patients deserve professionalism, cleanliness, and clear communication, and unfortunately that was not my moms experience here. I wish I was able to go with her but unfortunately we wont be back.
I can’t believe I haven’t left a review for this place yet!!! (I been coming here for the last 2 years, every 4 months) If you take a moment to understand how healthcare works in the US, you realize there is always a company or corporate structure behind doctors and employees. Sadly, that often means you find a caring doctor trapped behind a greedy system. I had an untreated infection that caused bone loss under my teeth. I fall into the category where some doctors might suggest removing all my teeth and replacing them with implants, even though that isn’t the only solution. I have no pain, no bleeding, yet many dentists working under a corporate model still pushed the “remove everything” path because it is the most profitable option, costing around 60k. After visiting six different dentists in Northern Colorado, Stewart was the only one who said: “You have no pain, no bleeding, no infection, why remove them? Let’s keep them clean as long as possible, preserve your natural teeth, and maybe they will last another five or ten years. When the time really comes, then you can consider removing them.” What I want to make clear is that in all of Northern Colorado, Norco Family Dental was the only place that did not put money before patients. With Stewart’s guidance and the excellent care Lavonne provides during cleanings, it has now been over two years. Norco Family Dental is the last hope I have in the US healthcare system. They are everything that is right about putting the patient first, always. Sadly I don't know the name of all the employees, but the ones behind the disk at the entrance, and over the phone/text, they were excellent too.
