Advanced Dentistry of Gainesville

After 27 years of being your patient, and spending thousands of dollars, I believe it is time for me to move on. I will contact your office in due course and ask them to forward all my records to a new dental provider. My last visit went satisfactorily in terms of procedures, although I had no visit from the dentist. I don’t know if this is standard procedure now, but it seems like if I am paying for a dental office visit, I should have at least a cursory visit from the dentist. I do not like the fact that your practice does not participate with any dental insurance plans. My insurance does reimburse me about a third of what I pay, but I still don’t believe I am getting my moneys worth for what I have to pay out of pocket. Finally, nobody at your office has bothered to update any of my personal history. My technician, while making friendly conversation, asked me about my children and ex-wife as if they were still patients there. My children are grown and gone, each taking care of themselves. My ex and I have been divorced for over 12 years. I have no idea about her situation. It was painfully obvious that nobody at your office had bothered to keep up with me. When I asked at check out to update my personal history and next of kin, I was told I’d have to fill out some kind of form to do that. I told her not to bother. I paid my bill, and left.

Another great visit with Advanced Dentistry of Gainesville. Adrienne did a wonderful and painless job of cleaning my teeth. They feel great. No cavities! Always a pleasure to visit with Dr Lozano and his great staff.

It was truly a breath of fresh air in comparison to where I had been going. They have today’s technology to assist with your dental care. Very nice office and welcoming staff. I am looking forward to my dental care for the future and not fretful of my care. Thanks for seeing me and allowing me to join your care.

I had a great experience here and highly recommend this office. Kelli was incredibly gentle while still doing a very thorough cleaning, which I really appreciated. Dr. Lalama was professional, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The front desk staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. The office was clean, organized, and welcoming. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I look forward to my next visit.

Doctor Lozano and his entire staff are totally professional with their patients. The atmosphere is pleasant, clean with water Available and clean restrooms. Doctor Lozano takes the time to explain procedures in understandable terms and makes himself available to any questions or concerns. The entire staff is friendly, understanding and Supportive. Robon, my dental hygienist, is the absolute best! She’s friendly, informative, remembers all the little things that make cleaning my teeth such a positive experience. I appreciate her care with my oral hygiene. Dr Lalama is also exceptional too!

Dr. Lozano is THE BEST!!! I had extractions yesterday, there isn’t even any pain this morning, he did amazing!! I can’t even believe how awesome I feel today!! I had this same procedure done at a different place last wisdoms, I was swollen and in major pain for 4 days, swelling is gone already and no pain!!! I wish I found him a long time ago!!! Just absolutely amazing! The entire team is just the best. I was so comfortable! Love these guys!!!

I just had a full set of X-rays done by Trystan and she is so gentle and efficient. Tammy at the front desk is always so helpful with scheduling and answering all my questions. The entire office is so lovely and everyone on staff is great! Absolutely love coming here!! Robon always does such an amazing job when she cleans my teeth and is so attentive and thorough with her work. Thank you to Dr Lozano and Dr Lalama for their attention to detail, kindness, and patience! :D

My hygienist Robin is always great. I have come to love her, she always makes my day! I do appreciate Dr Lozano as well. I had an old, old loose filling and it fell out when I was in the chair.
