Singing River Dentistry - Helton Drive

Vanessa was my hygienist. She was warm and friendly and very efficient. I made an appointment at this location because I appreciate Dr. Eaton’s knowledge and skills, and he always informs me of any problems and includes me in the decision making process. I think his top skill is communication with his patient. I always leave smiling—and that’s a lot to say about dental office.

I have been a patient of Singing River Dentistry, Ana Drive, Florence location for years. Today was my first time visiting the Helton Drive office. Dental hygienist, Myranda was outstanding! She was very professional and compassionate during my X-rays and teeth cleaning, ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Eaton was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! His entire staff was wonderful!

From the very beginning I was friendly greeted by name. And that kindness was carried over to my dental hygienist. So thankful for the kind and caring way she carried out her duties today as well as the dentist. I really appreciate everyone's professionalism yet being personal. Excellent customer service; Kayla, my hygienist is kind, gentle and compassionate; Dr. Eaton is very personable and committed to his patients. It’s been a hard transition for me because Bill McClanahan was my dentist and friend for 40 plus years. There are a lot of memories in this office and I wasn’t sure I’d be able to stay but time heals all wounds and the staff here is great!

This was my first visit to Singing River Dentistry. I had a cleaning done and met Dr Easton after the cleaning was finished. I was very impressed with the Doctor and all the office staff I met. The Dental Hygienist, Vanessa, was very nice, and explained everything as she went. I have problems with having X-rays done in the mouth, and she was extremely cautious about not cutting the roof of my mouth when biting down. I would highly recommend this office on Helton Dr. When looking for a dentist.

I had such a great experience with my dental hygienist-Heather! She was incredibly gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and gave helpful tips for maintaining my oral health at home. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. My teeth have never felt cleaner! Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone professional, kind, and detail-oriented.
