My experience is always extremely pleasant. Dr. Wall is amazing and Amanda did an excellent job on my cleaning! If you want professional, caring and competent service, Signature Smile is the place to be. Thank you all for a wonderful dental visit to your office. 5 stars for me!
Loved everything about the experience within the office. The dental assistant was very nice, explained everything she was going to do, gentle but quick. Dentist was nice, quick & efficient with his final check. Front desk ladies were nice as well. The look and feel of the office was nice and open, smelled good too. The parking lot SUCKS especially if you drive a larger vehicle like myself.
I’m always surprised at how much the staff actually speak to one another often times in business the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. They are always pleasant and helpful as well as willing to listen so the problem can be corrected. They will work with and your schedule to the best of their abilities.
Dr. Wall and his staff were wonderful!!! They made my first experience feel like I was at home. My dentist of 30+ years recently retired and I had to find a new one and was very nervous. They made me feel right at home and was very explanatory with all the things they do at your regular cleaning. Highly recommend!!
