Amanda, has been my dental hygienist for years and I love the thorough job she does. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and I appreciate that she always double checks herself before calling for one of the dentists. It’s just nice knowing she wants to make sure everything looks good. 😊 The whole place is full of fantastic staff and lovely, kind people.

Great experience with teeth cleaning and examining completed. Rachel was very pleasant and did a great job!! Thanks for providing the package deal for those of us with no dental insurance. Everything was covered for the appointment. Will be renewing this at next appointment last for one year well worth it!! Thanks again everyone is so nice at this location!

Absolutely awful experience at Shearer Dentistry this morning. The receptionist called me over to the front desk 15 minutes after I checked in to cancel my appointment to my face. They claimed they lost power after a storm the night before and only had 3 rooms working. They called back almost every other patient in the waiting room but me and probably one other person….. They knew that they lost power and felt confident failing to mention it literally ANY time before arrival and/or check-in. They actively chose to inconvenience their patients by making them waste time/gas driving to their office, waiting in the lobby and thinking they were going to move forward with their appointments. I was not the only person this happened to. I drove 35 minutes to get to this appointment by the way. They knew they didn’t have power and still chose to cancel on me 15 minutes after I had been checked in and sitting in a chair in the waiting room in front of all of them. All they did was “thank me for my patience” like I had any other option and asked me if I wanted to reschedule. They have completely ruined my trust for this business, which I’ve been a patient at for over 6 years. I will be searching for a new dentist and definitely don’t recommend this office anymore as I don’t trust any business that puts me, my time or my money in second place.

I came in today for a crown replacement and have a lot of anxiety and Dr. Shelley made me feel completely supported. She has the patience of a saint. Her entire staff was wonderful. I honestly thought I'd have to have an extraction and she was able to save my tooth. So grateful! I recommend this practice to anyone. Class act!!!

I've been going to this dentist office for years, and they always make me feel so comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions I have. The dentists themselves are gentle and explain everything clearly. I've never had a bad experience here, and my teeth have never been healthier. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental practice.

Today was my first visit. The office is beautiful and modern. I had a wonderful hygienist. She took her time and reviewed everything with my thoroughly. The doctor was also informative and thorough. They have a well priced savings plan to include 2 exams per year, X-rays and other discounts. I was extremely impressed and very glad I chose this office!

I recently had to change dentists due to insurance policy updates, and I’m SO HAPPY I went with Shearer Family Dentistry! I had my new patient appointment today and was greeted with kindness and willingness to help! Highly recommend for those wondering who to switch to if Insurance requires a change!
