My recent dental visit at Rollstone Family Dental of Fitchburg was very relaxing, thanks to the gentle care and friendly staff who made me feel completely at ease.The front desk team greeted me with genuine smiles right as I walked through the door. The dentist and the lead dental assistant worked with a light, careful touch that kept the entire procedure pain-free and comfortable. The treatment room was spotless, bright, and equipped with modern tools that made the process quick. I highly recommen this office for any dental issues.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mark and his entire staff. Everyone here is incredibly professional, thorough, and caring—they truly go above and beyond expectations. I never expected a dentist to personally call me after an implant procedure just to check in and see how I was doing! Dr. Mark genuinely cares about delivering exceptional work, but more importantly, he cares about his patients' health and well-being. He is a top-notch, truly excellent dentist. Highly recommend!

First time visit and I thank each and every one of you Ednaliz, Sue, Gabriel and Dr. Shah for turning a difficult day into such a positive experience! Great top notch service, Dr. Mark is very friendly and makes you feel at home. Tori did a great job with the cleaning! Very delicate yet very efficient. Have gone to this location for quite a while and I will continue to go here. Also all other staff especially the girl at the front desk (sorry I forgot the name) are excellent and very welcoming. Keep up the good work!

I just love Dr. Mark and his staff. He always explains things thoroughly but especially wants to know how you are doing. He’s so personable. I also like his knowledge of everything that I had questions about and I recommend his service highly.

Dr. Mark did a wonderful job with a tooth extraction. Much better than a previous experience at a different practice. He personally followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure I was feeling okay. Amazing!

I can’t say enough about this office! I have such a phobia with the dentist, and everyone here has been so friendly and gentle from the minute I walked in! They are flexible and got my appointment moved up, they are fairly priced, and just overall an amazing practice! Seriously can’t recommend Dr. Mark and team enough especially if you are a baby when it comes to dental work! Both Gabrielle and his other assistance were both great as well! Such a good experience compared to past ones I have had.
