Vetter Dental

This place blew me away! Both Dr. Vetter and Dr. Pablo were fantastic, and the staff is the friendliest I have ever had encountered in a dental office setting. I am in Fargo visiting family and needed emergency dental services. I have never been to an office that is so beautiful or had a staff so accommodating, their customer service is outstanding! Thank you for taking such great care of me and getting me in quickly for my issue!

Wow! I had heard good things about Vetter dental. I finally went for my first visit and can honestly say it was my best dental visit to date. Everyone was very helpful. They were transparent about insurance and billing before starting any procedures which I really appreciated. My tech took the time to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend.

I had my first appointment here today after my brother and sister recommended this office, and I had a great experience! The office is clean, modern, and very welcoming. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I also loved that each room has a big TV, and they even asked if I wanted to watch something while I waited for the dentist. Overall, a great first impression—I would definitely recommend this office!

Vetter Dental is amazing. They care about you as a human not just a dollar sign. One of the few dental places I haven’t felt judged at. Dr. Pablo is amazing and I would recommend her 100x over. Even my 7 yr old doesn’t mind going, which is huge! They understand that it gets expensive and don’t push you to do everything at once. Work with you through insurance and financing if you need it. I really can’t say enough good things. Aside from being good people, they have a bomb coffee machine and that alone is worth a visit sometimes!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. From the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors every single lady I interacted with was amazing. I want to give a huge thank you to the entire team for being so patient, kind, and welcoming. I didn’t feel judged, uncomfortable, or out of place at all. This was truly the best customer service I’ve ever received in any type of facility. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free I had zero anxiety the entire time. What really stood out to me was how they treated me as a mom. I brought my one-year-old with me to my 14-year-old’s appointment, and he got a little fussy. One of the front desk staff (I wish I caught her name!) went out of her way to help calm him down and made me feel so comfortable in the lobby. That meant everything to me. If you have a family or you’re a parent with young kids, I 100% recommend this dental office for you and your loved ones. They truly go above and beyond!

Lovely experience! Our kiddos had their first dental visit, our 3.5 years ago old loved being able to pick a show and watch on the ceiling. They were kind, gentle, and so patient! We can’t want to go back! The kiddos got to both pick out a beenieboo stuffed animal and they thought that was the COOLEST! Plus the arcade games? Awesome!

What a great experience! Has been a few years and made it in, and my goal for the new year to get seen. They got me in right away, not 6 months or a year. The facility is very nice with all of the amenities. The thing that impressed me the most (besides the great dental hygienists), was I was given a cell to call if I ever need to get seen right away. Absolutely the level of customer service I was looking for in a dentist.
