Sabah Jivani was my dental hygienist today 6/11/26 and did an excellent job. She was welcoming, kind, caring, listened attentively to my concerns and tailored her approach to cleaning my teeth based on what I shared with her at the beginning of the cleaning. She is very professional, gave great suggestions on how to take care of my teeth, and I already recommended her to my husband and daughter who are also patients at Castro Valley Smiles. I had a great experience with Sabah, the dental hygienist at Castro Valley Smiles. She was incredibly pleasant, gentle, and professional throughout my cleaning. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their comfort. I am very grateful for the care I receive at Castro Valley Smiles. The administration explains costs clearly, while helping me keep things within a workable budget. My dentist, Dr. Mehndiratra, answers all my questions and is working diligently with me on my oral health.

The dental work itself was excellent—very professional and done with care. Unfortunately, the office customer service didn’t match that level. The front desk staff came across as unprofessional, and communication and overall friendliness could really be improved.
