I came to this dentist to be my routine cleaner and have minor work done. The 6 month cleanings were fine enough, with no surprises. However, the level of quality with their cavity filling material is nothing short of abysmal. I don't have the best teeth. I've had fillings in my mouth pretty much my whole life. I have had cap fillings, side fillings and everything in between at this point. Not ONCE have any of them fallen out before coming to this dentist. I had to get a pretty large number of fillings done from them. Handful on each side of my jaw. Nothing unusual, but within WEEKS a surface filling had already fallen off! I went back to get it re-filled, and they tried to spin it like it was MY fault it came out! The dentist looked disdainful at the fact she had to redo her poor work, essentially not believing me when I told her about my soft brushing habits. Regardless, the filling was redone. Not even a week later, one of my molar cap fillings was loose as well! I had enough at this point, so I just switched providers. They fixed the missing filling, and even found out that I still had decay under some of the original fillings, indicating they werent even cleaned out properly beforehand. So unfortunately, I had to have 6 out of the 8 fillings I still had completely drilled out and re-done, with only 2 of the fillings done here still in my teeth. I hadn't had any issues, until now, a few months later. You guessed it, one of the two original fillings from this place just fell out today. I now have to get that one re-done as well. I have NEVER experienced such a gross lack of quality in dental materials until I had the misfortune of coming to this place. I held off on making a bad review after the first couple of failures, as I didn't feel it was worth the effort. Just go to a new, better dentist and move on. However, that last filling falling out was the nail in the coffin in my decision to share my horrible experience with this practice. Aside from the issues above, I would also like to point out that each time I went to visit, I would routinely be stuck there for at times nearly 2 HOURS for simple procedures! I found myself sitting in the dentist chair for 15-20 minutes at a time while the dentist seemed to "rotate" between everyone being seen. Don't book so many people if you dont have the time to properly care for them. Its disrespectful to waste patient's time like that.

I had a wonderful experience at Alexander Dentistry! The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated how caring and attentive everyone was. I highly recommend Alexander Dentistry to anyone looking for a great dental office!

Dr. Shah and her entire team are simply a 10 out of 10! As someone who was new to the area, I spent a great deal of time researching dentists. Look no further! Dr. Shah is incredibly skilled, thorough and provides clear diagnosis. Her caring nature also radiates with her staff. They too are professional and they all work very well together. Maria is absolutely wonderful. The front desk team made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Every visit has been a positive experience. By far the best dentistry I’ve ever been too. I have three kids, two teenagers and a 5 year old with autism/sensory issues. He has always cried and been terrified of the dentist and for the first time ever he sat through the entire visit without crying and even allowed some X-rays to be done. I literally teared up. Special thanks to Maria. The entire staff and dentist are amazing, patient, kind and thorough. I’m so happy to have found this place!

5 Stars – Highly recommend Dr. Namrata Shah I’ve been to Dr. Namrata Shah more than twice now and both visits were excellent. The staff is warm, professional, and always on time. Dr. Shah explains everything clearly without ever rushing. I had a filling done and felt zero pain — even the numbing shot was gentle. The office is spotless, and they validate parking, which is a huge plus. If you’re nervous about the dentist like I was, this is the place to go. Highly recommend her! --

Dr Shah explained the process of my treatment and ensured i was ok through it all. She dod a wonderful job. Maria is very sweet and always so gentle. She explains everything that she do so you stay informed the whole time.
