I had to get a filling done today and they were extraordinarily accommodating. From the second I walked in I was greeted, and asked if I needed anything. Every staff member I came in contact with was kind, and helpful. In a situation that is quite uncomfortable, Dr. Barber and her ladies made it an extremely pleasant experience. They even hand wrote me a thank you note for being a patient!

Everyone was extremely nice from the moment I walked in until I was done/leaving. Over the years I’ve had so many bad experiences. Everything was explained in terms the average person would understand. So far very good especially for first visit. Definitely going back.

I was treated very well; Kelly was very attentive, answered all my questions, and was always pleasant and good-humored. Another dentist also patiently explained the next steps of the treatment. Toni was also very kind during both the photos and the scanning process.

Staff is very friendly. they are super accommodating for visits always willing to switch things around to fit my schedule. they're very fair if you don't have insurance, their prices are reasonable. Will prioritize care and only do work that is absolutely necessary and willing to hold off on things that don't need to be done right away. Absolutely love this place it would never go anywhere else. great with me kids.

The people here are wonderful! They all gave me their undivided attention and took all the time I needed to understand everything involved in my care. I learned more about my issues in my initial visit here than I did in all my 72 years of dealing with many different dentists over the decades. I highly recommend Brockport Smiles!

10 outta 10 recommend. Everyone was so nice. Personalities were warm and inviting. Didn't try to "sell" me on anything. Offered several different options and solutions to my problem, along with pricing so there weren't any surprises. Went above and beyond on a new patient visit and in that moment I decided I'll never go anywhere else. I watched children and folks with disabilities come in and be treated with kindness and compassion. Nurses come out to chat, so that they felt comfortable and confident. I don't think I have ever in 45 yrs of life walked into a dental office that was so warm and inviting. Anyone with fear of the dentist, high anxiety or just sick of the coldness of the typical dental visit where you feel like a dollar sign walking in to be taken advantage of... please go see these folks, they'll change your whole perspective on oral care. I know they did mine!
