I always have a great experience when coming to the dentist or talking on the phone with the staff! Today was no exception. I felt like I was the only patient that they had. I've recently moved out of state but came back to Austin for my appt. today - it was worth the trip!

I have been a patient for a long time and Have NEVER had a problem. Your personnel are congenial and easy to work with. Both Curt and Richard have an excellent touch and I appreciate their consideration for their patients. Thank you.

My recent visit was great as usual and I was very impressed with the new expansion and decor. Everyone has a smile on their face from the front desk to my hygienist, Julie to Dr Potach to the check out. I certainly did not have the opportunity to see everyone on staff but it is clear to me that you have considered and put in to practice the importance of customer satisfaction. It is becoming such a rare commodity for consumers to receive or even expect good service in many settings today. I have and will continue to share with anyone I can that "I am a very satisfied patient" because of the confidence I have in the staff and because I truly feel valued.
