Castlewood Dental - Dentist Parker

I’ve been to this dental office a few times and almost every visit has been a pleasant experience. Now, I am questioning the sincerity of it all. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with front desk staff left me feeling a bit uneasy and reflective. Miscommunication does happen from time to time and is expected. However, I believe miscommunication should be dealt with a certain level of tact and professionalism especially when it pertains to unexpected emergency service that results in unexpected and high out-of-pocket costs. My pulp was exposed during a dental procedure and resulted in sudden emergency care. Today, I left this office feeling disturbed, embarrassed and unwelcome. There was another client who was around to witness the interaction. The clients facial expression appeared to be put off by the interaction. Rightfully so. Not sure how I feel about going back at this point. It’s a bit disappointing because the head dentist, dental assistants and hygienist all seemed very considerate, pleasant and welcoming...

Dr. Sirrine and his entire team are the absolute best! I have not had that good of an experience at the dentist since I was a kid! They all were understanding and made me feel so comfortable during the entire appointment! I definitely advise any and all who need a dentist to check out Castlewood Dental, they are truly best of the best!

After moving to the area recently, we were sent to this practice by the orthodontist for my daughter to have some teeth pulled. Had an absolutely fabulous experience! He was so calming and gentle while pulling her teeth. I made an appointment for the family to have cleanings done, and another great experience!! Everyone in the practice is super nice. The hygienists were very thorough and friendly. The dentist was himself very polite, honest, and had great bedside manner. Everyone made us feel very welcome!

Incredible staff!! Katie was a rockstar and took very good care of me. Shannon was great with scheduling me and getting me in at the perfect time. The doctor spent time talking over a few options that I was looking into for a brighter smile. This team really does an excellent job and they were so much better than my previous 2 dentist! Highly recommend and I’ll be staying with this group!

My experience at Castlewood has been wonderful. Dr. Sirrine knows what he’s doing and has created a very supportive environment. All the hygienists and staff are amazing and so caring. What I really love is they all explain things up front and in an understandable way - whether it’s a dental procedure, simple cleaning steps, or follow-up care. They really want everyone to have a good experience. I recently had a crown done and they really put me at ease (history of some dental trauma). They did a great job and I am so happy I found them!

I’ve had several cleanings at Castle Wood Dental in Parker and am currently in the process of getting an implant. Every visit has been a positive experience. The staff is consistently friendly, kind, and professional, and the office is always clean and comfortable. Communication has been excellent, and everything has been explained clearly throughout my treatment. Billing has been straightforward and easy to understand. I would highly recommend Castle Wood Dental to anyone looking for a great dental office.
