Red Oak Family Dentistry Of McKinney

This review is strictly for the front desk. My phone had very poor service and after my appointment TODAY I asked to use their phone to let someone know my appt was done. Lauren was very unhelpful and acted like this was an unreasonable request. I told her I could call or she could call for me. I had to again tell her I just had an appointment and that I’ve spent over 3k on work for this single appointment. She then made a face and had to ask 2 other people could a paying customer use the phone. Very unsatisfied with the poor care I have received today from the front desk!!

I do not like going to the dentist — in fact, I’m extremely terrified of it. But Dr. Silcox and the entire Red Oak Family Dental team always make me feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Silcox gives me the best advice, explains every plan clearly, and always checks to make sure I’m okay with each step. I’m truly thankful that God placed me in the right dental care. I also can’t forget how friendly and welcoming the rest of the staff are. From the moment I walk through the front doors to the time I’m with the dental assistants, everyone is kind, patient, and welcoming. Thank you, Dr. Silcox, and thank you to the whole Red Oak Family team.

Absolutely love everything about this dental office! From the little to no wait times to the outstanding service the staff provides every step of your visit. The attention to detail is something ive never experienced at any other office. Their screens are actually entertaining with all kinds of neat facts about the staff themselves making you feel like you know them on a more personal level. They offer you a pillow or blanket for comfort and check on your comfort levels throughout the entire visit. The checkout desk is ready for you before you even get to the desk. I literally couldn't think of a complaint if i wanted to.
